Events Terms & Conditions

All ROSL events information and ticketing procedures are correct at time of publication but are subject to change without notice.

As an attendee at a ROSL event, ticket holders consent to the photographing, recording, and filming of themselves as members of the audience.

Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted to be used during events, unless otherwise specified.

Food & Drink, other than that included as part of the event, is not permitted. Consuming food and drink purchased outside of ROSL is not permitted at any time.

Dress Code – It is the responsibility of members to ensure all guests are familiar with the ROSL dress code ahead of an event, please visit www.rosl.org.uk/dresscode for full details.

Public Affairs Events

Please note, Public Affairs events are open to ROSL members and their named guests only. The member needs to be in attendance.

From time-to-time Public Affairs events may be cancelled or rescheduled for reasons beyond our control. All attendees will be contacted before the event with a full refund given.

London History Series Cancellation

Due to the limited availability of tickets, a 7-day cancellation policy is in place for the London History Series talks. Attendees may request a full refund up to seven days before the event begins.

Christmas Packages Cancellation

Christmas lunch cancellations must be made by the 18th December 2024. After this date, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Room cancellations must be made by noon 48 hours before arrival.

New Year’s Eve Cancellation

New Year’s Eve Dinner and Music Extravaganza cancellations must be made by the 18th December 2024. After this date, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Room cancellations must be made by noon 48 hours before arrival.

Tickets

We ask members and guests to have their tickets printed or in the format of e-tickets on a smart phone or device. If you have misplaced your e-ticket, please bring a copy of your booking confirmation email or your booking reference number. 

If you have booked online, your ticket will be emailed with the order confirmation email. Please present the e-ticket at the entrance to the event.

ROSL reserves the right to refuse admission to any event.

Your Visit

Please check your journey route to ROSL for any disruptions ahead of the event and allow enough time to reach the Club, particularly during busy times of day.  

Cancellations & Refunds

From time-to-time events may be cancelled or rescheduled for reasons beyond our control. All attendees will be contacted before the event and offered the opportunity to move to the new event date or receive a full refund.

Please note where event tickets can no longer be used, you may request to cancel your tickets for a full refund 7 or more days in advance of the event. Refund requests received after this time will not be honoured.
