Discover the unique character of Beaujolais wines complemented by refined French cuisine, guided by Elodie Rousselot, Château Bellevue’s esteemed winemaker. Since taking the helm in 2022, she has drawn on her experience in Bordeaux, Burgundy, California, Australia and Chile to shape a distinctive style, balancing Beaujolais’ long heritage with a modern vision.

Maison Jean Loron, established more than three centuries ago, remains dedicated to safeguarding the exceptional terroirs of Beaujolais and Mâconnais. Its restoration of Château Bellevue, a 19th-century estate overlooking the village of Villié-Morgon and once home to the Lumière family, has elevated the property into a beacon of quality.

The estate’s vineyards encompass some of Morgon’s most celebrated plots, from Côte du Py to Javernières, where soils of granite, schist, clay and sandstone impart wines of remarkable depth and character. Rousselot’s philosophy of small-lot vinification and innovative techniques showcases this diversity, producing wines that reflect the individuality of each vineyard.

Each wine will be served alongside a dish designed to enhance its distinct profile. Executive Chef Julien Maisonneuve has curated a dinner menu that includes pâté en croûte, a classic French pork pie and boeuf bourguignon à l’ancienne with pommes purée, a quintessential Burgundy specialty.
