HR Focus | ROSL invests in refreshed team facilities

The final few months of 2023 saw ROSL officially open two new areas for staff members after substantial investment and effort to improve essential facilities. The new Staff canteen is now officially open and named ‘The Cave’ due to its sloping cellar ceiling and layout in the basement of Over-Seas House.

Gleaming after its refresh, the Cave offers much improved staff dining facilities, comfortable seating and bar stools. Food and hot drinks can be enjoyed in modern, light surroundings, ensuring staff break times and lunches are relaxing and pleasant.

Additionally, the new staff Locker Rooms are also now open for use after a period of refurbishment in late 2023, providing a secure, safe environment for all the team when starting and ending the day.
