About This Event

A JOURNEY ACROSS INDIA MENU
Introducing Karan Gokani, Award-winning restauranter, Co-Founder of Hoppers London

23 October – 12 November 2024
in the 1910 Dining Room

ROSL invites you to immerse yourself in the vibrant and aromatic world of Indian cuisine, Guest Chef Karan Gokani introduces a bespoke menu which tells a story inspired by a coastal journey and his own travels across India.

Hoppers is an award-winning restaurant led by Creative Director and Co-Founder Karan Gokani, Hoppers earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in its first year. Following this, a second Hoppers opened in Marylebone’s St Christopher’s Place in 2017, inspired by Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa. Hoppers King’s Cross, the largest of the three, opened in 2020, inspired by the coastal journey from Colombo to Galle.

Karan encourages a family style/sharing presentation and service, he focuses on few flavours but ones which will blow you away. Indulge in the rich and flavourful Smoked Chicken Makhani from the North, or Pav Bhaji from the streets of Mumbai in the West – a delicious blend of spicy mashed vegetables served with pillowy pav buns, accompanied with classic traditional sides, and the finale – a Bhapa Doi Cheesecake from the East, the perfect close to this exceptional dining experience.
