Culinary Collaborations at ROSL

In recent years ROSL membership have had the privilege of dining at the Club and sampling the culinary offerings of esteemed Guest Chefs. Working alongside Executive Chef Elliot Plimmer and brigade, Master Chef Winner Irini Tzortzoglou and legendary Indian restaurateur, Cyrus Todiwala, both spent time working with the ROSL chefs and kitchen teams in 2023, bringing their exceptional standard of menus and unique styles and flavours of cuisine to the Club.

Whilst an obvious member benefit for those lucky enough to secure a table and sample these special menus, high profile collaborations such as these, painstakingly planned and executed by ROSL’s marketing team, are also a fantastic development opportunity for the ROSL front and back of house teams to hone their skills.

Executive Chef Elliot Plimmer is a huge advocate for the valuable first-hand experience these opportunities allow young chefs and those starting out in a career in hospitality.
